Wax N Whisper is a dual-location luxury brand operating across Florida and St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. Each order is prepared with care and intention.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. USVI-origin products (incense tubes and ritual goods) may require up to 3–7 business days as they are fulfilled from our St. Thomas home base. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (U.S. & USVI)

• Standard shipping: 5–7 business days
• Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days

International Shipping We ship to over 28 countries worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
