At Wax N Whisper, we stand behind every product we create. If something isn't right, we want to hear from you.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, ...contact us within 7 days of delivery at kass@waxnwhisper.com with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue store credit — no hassle.

Change of Mind Because our products are handcrafted and made in limited quantities, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used items. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for store credit.
